Visibility Plan vs. Growth Plan
The Visibility Plan builds the foundation: professional website, voice agent, chatbot, GBP, analytics. The system works but does not produce new content regularly. It is for businesses that need to start having an organised digital presence.
The Growth Plan assumes the foundation already exists, whether we built it or inherited it from the client, and adds constant production on top. Every month there are 8-12 new pieces of content, active campaigns, continuous SEO optimisation, quarterly strategy meetings.
The general rule: if your business has never invested seriously in digital marketing, start with the Visibility Plan. If you already have a presence and want it to perform better, go to the Growth Plan.
What the Growth Plan does not include
- Professional audiovisual production (photography, video, drone). Subcontracted as needed with a separate budget.
- E-commerce with large catalogues or high technical complexity.
- Offline strategy (events, press, radio, TV).

The retainer covers management of up to 2,000€/mo in ad pass-through. For higher budgets (5,000-10,000€/mo), we adjust the retainer to the premium tier, confirmed on the sales call. For enterprise budgets (above 20,000€/mo), we move outside the standard Growth Plan scope and build a bespoke proposal.
Professional audiovisual production (video, photography, drone) is subcontracted separately as needed. You have full control of your digital assets.
Yes, that is the most common path. The Visibility Plan builds the foundation in 4-8 weeks. After 3-6 months, with real analytics data, you can decide if the Growth Plan makes sense. The upgrade is a retainer adjustment plus scope expansion, not a rebuild. Much more efficient than starting directly in the Growth Plan without a validated foundation.
Organic results (SEO, content) typically take 4-6 months for initial traction and 9-12 months for consolidated results. Paid ad results are immediate but require 60-90 days of optimisation to find the right configuration. Monthly reporting shows real progress, not projections. If after 6 months the KPIs are not moving, we revisit the strategy.
